Shipping policy

Order Processing

• Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

• During drops, launches, or high volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Methods
We ship from Fort Worth, TX using USPS (and other carriers when needed).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Wrong Address / Returned Packages

• Please double-check your address at checkout.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’re responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost / Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we can’t guarantee what happens after delivery.
If you believe your package is lost, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim or start a trace with the carrier.

International Shipping
International customers may be responsible for duties/taxes charged by their country.
